Yep. Graphite neck with no truss.

My guess is that they probably weren't that much in demand. Maybe the graphite neck scared some???

But, FWIW, they're one heck of a darn fine sounding instrument

It's got nothing to do with strength, it's all about stability under various temperature and humidity scenarios. Timber expands, contracts and warps with the weather, whereas graphite does not. Hence, no truss rod required.
