I will post some new pics of it tonight! Here's some of the work he had done!
1. New Maple neck with compensated nut
2. Replaced old style bridge saddles with Axis saddles
3. New Black Rain pickguard
4. Black Dome knobs
5. Not sure if these are original but look new locking tuners

Jon is an outstanding guy and it was a pleasure to meet him! Great looking dargie by the way if I had the cash I would certainly pick it up!

interested buyer - JPM or Luke

hi,

I am interested in buying one of your dargie delights guitars
are they on for sale ? could you tell me the price you are thinking of??

please let me know.
i am very interested.
thanks,

klee::)

I was wise enough to grab a LUKE and JP in Dargie Delight, and I'm not letting either one go. The JP has become my number 1 for gigging and practice, and the LUKE is right there for drop-D and single coil Floyd style solos. Plus the neck on the LUKE is raunchy with birdseye - it isn't going anywhere......

I had a bunch of the leather straps made up after I saw one posted on the bass side, they are all gone now.

If you can find a Dargie guitar for sale, snap it up.

Yes, that's an old-style bridge pickup in the JP. I have an idea for modding the LUKE, too...

Dude, Dargie Delights are a rariety, and a long list of formites who want one, but if you are into 7 strings there was one in the for sale sticky, i would have bought it already but no need for a seven stringer:D

Dargie BFR!!!!! That's awesome! Who got it???

maybe the man himself?

Rob, are you referring to the pics we saw from the back where John was clearly playing a Dargie with a painted neck?

Mike

^^ I do remember seeing that. Was that a BFR? Did it end up with a forumite?

I just assumed he meant John. Maybe not? Let's ask Ernie...he knows where every Petrucci is. ;) :p

Mike

I was indeed referring to the one made for John Petrucci. Yes.
