Poppa,

Can you check order number GI3846!

Thank you very much for listening to my rants an opening window for knuckleheads, and getting me do order something I should have done previously.

I was a great admirer of your fathers, and I hope you and your family have a cool day. The day before will now be special for me and my family, (Mrs Smellybum loves the colour!)

Thank you again, I've been quoted 7 months from Strings and Things, and I'll quite happily wait, I'm in no rush. Just glad I bought a great guitar from a great company who ACTUALLY put the focus on the customer rather than profit.

Smellybum.

Hey Koogie,

I've been working my A$$ off phoning dealers to get a price to die for on a dargie, eventually got a MEGA low price from GAK, So 1 luke, DD piezo, and Matching on it's way to Smellybum towers sometime in march.

Next UK EB party I'm bringing some whiskey to toast the DD!

I'm seriously impressed with what you get too.... not just the nut, the copper shim etc. you guys are supercool!

I'm glad you got the order it's a bank holiday in England on Monday - and with the time difference I was playing beat the clock but now I'm gonna sit back and crack open a beer. thanks again,

Smellybum.

Man...that is AWESOME! I was really pulling for you to get this. Glad to see you got in on the deal. Now the waiting begins. However, the only good thing about waiting is knowing it is coming your way! Seriously, congrats man.

Thanks fellas, but it's all down to BP's flexibility - and of course your support!
If he had said no re-opening the window then I probably would have settled for a used luke of evil bay with no piezo and probably have been no as happy.

This is a truely flexible company and they really listen to their customers, it's very easy to see why so many have you bought so many!

I've rode in hanging on to Smelly's coat tails and yesterday I placed my order for a DD Petrucci JP6 with piezo! :D

Smelly - thanks for the heads up with GAK - I'd been phoning a few dealers in the UK yesterday as well and GAK came up trumps with a good price for me as well.

That's at least 2 Scottish Dargie's on their way ;)

BP - thank you for opening the DD window for this brief period.

I had only just got my Axis when the DD was originally available, so couldn't even think about another guitar then.

At least the DD order gives me a few months to sell a few of my lesser-used guitars in anticipation of my new arrival!
