These pics were in another thread and I believe they are your collection.
Very, very nice I might add!

I was wondering if you could help me out by confirming a couple of colours from the pics? Though they are all very beautiful (especially that purple) are the blue Pets (not the blue burst or blue dawn) Blue Pearl and Carbon Blue Pearl? as I have them marked on the pics. They are beautiful and I am wondering if the pics are a realistic representation of the colours. I know the Carbon Blue Pearl has a sort of turquoise - greyish tone to it. Which one is the darkest blue?

I fell in love with a pic that I came across a while ago. I'm looking to purchase a Silo. I believe this picture was listed as being Carbon Blue Pearl, but other pictures I've come across do not show the colour as being that dark.
This is the guitar I am trying to get as close to as possible.

Hey!

You labeled the colors correctly. Carbon Blue is definitely darker with some greys in it. I have some pics I took awhile ago that are uploaded on to my pic service, here are the links:

Fog, the one in the lower left is Autum Sunrise, the blue one on the right hand side in the middle is Blue Dawn. The one at the top left looks like it's Burnt Apple.

Ernie, is that one in at the top middle purple??

I could be wrong, but that pic looks like a black guitar with a bit of reflection - correct me on this anyone?

No purples, that is Mystic Dream's purple personality. I wish I had rare sparkley Burnt Apple, but alas, that's Pearl Redburst. Boy that's an old pic, my Pet collection has more than doubled since then.

I kinda thought so, I asked about it on a different thread when that pic was put up. Less of an elbow cut is what caught my attention, then I couldn't see a sig on the headstock either. I thought it might just be the light.

I've seen a gremlin green AL listed in the inventory of a Columbus Georgia Dealer in the dealor locator section. A few months back one of the bass guys opened a thread about it - said its been sitting there a while - you may want to check it out. I had been thinking about it but I'll probably just save up for the Morse Y2D

This prototype can be seen in some video clips of Petrucci and some EB guys doing the R&D on his sig guitar. They used to be somewhere on the EB site. The same prototype was auctioned on eBay in 2002 and was sold to the guy that eventually sold it to Ernie. I had saved this info from the time Ernie's seller had bought it.

That's a great help (and again a beautiful collection!).

So for me it's down to a Silo w/ Carbon Blue Pearl or Blue Pearl with a white pearloid pick guard and all maple neck, trem w/ piezo.
Those 2 colours from what I can tell are just beautiful! It's just that in certain lighting, I'm a little nervous that I wouldn't be getting what I would hop that I was.

If I chicken out, then I'll probably go black or vintage sunburst or butter cream!

If I could afford more than one at the moment, then there would be no problems. Get them all!!
