I wouldn't need a long knife, because I would actually travel to New Jersey for the sole purpose of cutting you... I mean, what else would you go to NJ for?

"What is your reason for coming into these United States of America?"
"To cut Scott from Jersey."
"Do you have anything to declare?"
"That I WILL cut him?"
"Enjoy your visit."

I ordered mine the last week of December, so I'm going on six months too. As I say... I WILL cut you.

Woo to 200 posts, by the way. If we actually filtered this thread to find out how many were left handed JP related, we'd be at about eleven posts. We have certainly used our share of bandwidth for this thread though. I read over it again, and it's a good thread. Entertaining, informative, funny. Everything one would want from a thread, this one has!

By the by, I went and played a right handed JP6 today. Pearl Redburst with no JP inlays and piezo. I kind of like the idea of not having that extra knob for piezo. I think it's better with only two knobs! I can't bloody wait.

Why would we stop now? Had we have stopped before, who would have pushed for the left handed JP6's? Had America have stopped, who'd have won World War II? This isn't about you or me, or guitars anymore. This is about freedom!

You sound like a cross between William Wallace and Apollo Creed.

Hahahaha. Just because we are depicted as pot smoking easy going dullards, doesn't mean we all are!

I'm totally messing with you. I am as non-violent as they come, fear not. I'll just hire someone to cut you instead. It'll cut down on my travel expenses as well, which is cost efficient and time saving.

Sometimes I'm too smart for my own damned good.

You sound like such a sore loser. I feel bad for you. We can totally make up, little buddy. I thought you'd have been pleased that I didn't have to cut you, but it wasn't my intent to make you sad. Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww.

Honoring our uniqueness though? What the hell? We're not freaks, you know. That's something Stephen Hawking's mom told him. "Just keep being your unique self, my little angel *whisper* freak". Sheesh. We just play left handed is all.

yes but our "just playing left handed" stopped us from being able to play the GREATEST HUMBUCKING GUITAR IN THE WORLD, which in the near future we will be able to play.

i'm thrilled beyond belief that you won't be cutting me. ok? :D

I think it's not a soap opera yet... unless you've been with my mother who is really an alien. Then it's messed up. Until that point we're just working out our feelings. Hahahaha.

What may have been, with inability to get the best humbucking guitar in the world is no more. No need to even think about those days, as they are the past. We are moving onward and upward!

By the by, the Silhouette Special is bloody fantastic! It got the wrong pickguard, but I don't care. It's really attractive and plays exceptionally well. I gabbed at Beth on the telephone earlier and didn't even register complaint about the pickguard. I really am happy with it, so no worries!

I should clarify though... leftyguitarblue is Scott, so when I say SUCK ON IT SCOTTY! it is in reference to him and not Scott Ball. I just don't want someone to misread and think ill of my post. It's just a joke between us lefties. Nothing but love!

And when I say crazy Canadian, I'm talking about jimmy-jengas and not ummmm William Shatner or Michael J. Fox. ;)

I kind of give thee impression that I am maybe a little cuckoo up top? A few screws loose? I feel the need to defend myself because I have a fear that people may be getting the wrong impression of me. Rather than make it a defense statement, I think it may be prudent of me to write a little blurb that will allow people to get to know me. The REAL jimmy-jengas, as it were.

Hello little children. My name is Tim. I go under many aliases, including jimmy-jengas or as I am more known on the street, as "asshole"; i.e. "get out of my way, asshole" or "you drive like an asshole.".

I am a purveyor of noise pollution, working in a guitar store in a mall in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Up here, we do not (despite contrary belief) live in igloos or ride dogsleds to work. We are law abiding, rebel rousing people just like everyone else in the world... except the French. No one likes the French. Just today, as a matter of fact, our store received the honor of becoming an official Music Man dealer. I was excited so much in fact, that I may have shat in my pants. Twas a sight to behold!

I have only a high school education in my defense, but feel that I am worldly as well as otherworldly. I'm not sure what that means, but it sounds intense. I derive great pleasure writing, be it in forums or on bathroom stalls. No canvas is too good for this guy! I believe that all of the world's problems could be solved by a jell-o wrestling match instead of war. It would be entertaining at the very least!

Through solid efforts, I take partial credit for having the left handed Petrucci see the light of day. I teared up a little that day, now telling people it was in fact the "happiest day of my life". I am pathetic in this regard. It happens.

I do not resemble many people in Canada, or anywhere else in the world. I have found very few people with a sense of humor as unique as mine. I believe only a few people are comparable in this regard. I won't name names, because I am not a name dropper, suffice it to say that I'm one in a billion.

In closing, I think we can all learn a lot from this post. Note the proper grammar, sentence structure, keen use of sarcasm and wit as well as cleverly place sexual undertones. Can you find them kiddies?

PS I hope that clears things up for Shatner and McFly. Hahahahahaha.
