Greatest Solo's ever?

Now that was an enjoyable movie..................!

Vito Bratta's playing on Pride by White Lion - I had forgotten about that Album - Ali - I have to confess I liked every song on the album.

Paul Gilbert on 'Mr Big'

bob babbit on dennis coffey's 'scorpio.'

great motown bassist in a very groovy improv solo.

Some of my favorites include:

Randy Rhoads - Goodbye To Romance

Extreme - Song For Love

Dream Theater - Under A Glass Moon

Eric Johnson - When The Sun Meets The Sky

Guns N' Roses - November Rain

John Entwistle on My Generation-Live at Leeds

The whole song is pretty much a giant solo for him, but his distorted tone on the solo segment early in the song is just nasty.

Reaper is a great song and the solo is perfect for it.

I'll add a couple that haven't been listed.

Old Love (unplugged) - Eric clapton
Down the River - Martin Taylor (with Gordon Giltrap on the album "A Matter of Time")

Acoustic stuff, but what the hey!
