Thanks to everybody, its true pictures does not do the guitar justice, looking at the guitar is like looking at a picture of the ocean, the blue in the back of the guitar is so deep and rich its just amazing. Great job as always Music Man, and by the way the top really sucks on these ones

The color is a limited run made for Guitar Center, they made it in a JP XII and a Luke III HH, some where I think I saw Glen post that 47 each distributed to GC's across the country.

Several of us including myself and Fred bought a Luke there are some other threads with pics around:)

Very cool color better in person as it is tough to photograph

Where ya been Greg? Loving my Luke III... Thanks to Keith I own this beauty.

OMG that is just stunning!!!! Where have I been? Well, we moved into a new house in March 2012. Finally getting completely settled. That, and I've been busy looking for more work. I'm not getting enough clients for solo work so I'm trying to see if I can't get a different job, too. Plus, my kids are 9, 7 & 5. And they all started soccer and/or baseball last year. I guess that's the long way of saying I've been busy! :D

But that Luke, and that finish - just WOW! Man, I was thinking an Axis in that.......or really, I'd love the original JP wth a maple top in that finish (like the one he had for the 20th anniversary concert - except in THIS burst finish). Well, a guy can dream. :)

Mostly I've been playing my MM90 and HH Alberts and loving them. Recently picked up a used beat up '96 Clapton Strat. And that's fun too! But that MM90 Albert - man, that's just a thing of beauty.

How have you been?
