OK Knuckles,
You know the drill. This is a one off. No Whining. Lucious hasnt seen it yet, Brians gonna
deliver it tommorow for Toto's LA gig. The color is just trans gold with the brown stained alder back. IT has the Mahog Double secret tone block and the maple cap. I wanted to make this trans bahama bluue but we didnt have time so I just said shoot it in amber.

It behaves differently with the EMG's and we played around with the amps eq and it was really good. We will se what Luke has to say.

This is for tone evaluation and we know that we have work to do on the astetics. Dont get your knickers all bunched up just enjoy a Freaky Friday. ( sorry for the photos taked by me at 5 am)

i've been dreaming of that kind of luke(mahogany-alder, maple top) for a long time..

i will sell anything i can sell to get that guitar when it comes to production..

You guys at EBMM have taken great products and are making them better. I think in a few decades these will be looked upon as the premier guitars of the age - just like people now look at a 59 LP or a 57 Strat or whatever now.

I'm seriously impressed.

I was just admiring the pics again. That quilt top is so sick that it almost looks like the top was melted! It's amazing!
I can vouch that I've never seen quilt or flame tops that are so 3 Dimensional on other guitar brands than on EBMM!

..and shimi, you may get this impression because most people are more likely to post a positive comment if they like the look of a guitar, than a negative one if they are not too keen. A guitar that doesn't particularly float my boat doesn't need knocking from me because somebody else almost certainly will like it.

I for one am fairly circumspect with my praise. I haven't posted before in this thread for this reason.

Now if we want to bring up the 'Sitrucci' again...........
