BLOWN OUTTA MY HEAD TONIGHT!!!!
Luke played things I've never seen anyone do EVER!!!!
The band was ridiculous.
Luke has not received the credit he deserves.
I know he hates this, but Luke's playing is legendary.
The music was so beyond the limited scope of commercial radio.
Steve and band stretched the boundaries of Rock and completely
opened up my thinking to a much broader create.
All I can say is, "THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU."
Can't wait til the Live CD comes out.

There is not another art form that I know of, yet, that stretches
the boundaries the way this music does or creates this much excitement
and emotional dynamics.
I was trying to think of a film that created this type of effect.......zilch!

El Groupo is coming to NYC and then back to Europe.
Everyone in those areas, DO NOT MISS this opportunity.
A real perspective stretch and a chance of a lifetime.
Don't doubt me, GO SEE THIS EVENT!!!

Is he playing tonight too?

I was debating about dragging my butt up there as I'm gonna see him next month at the open.

Kinda full circle. Saw steve back in '81 or '82 a few times with greg mathieson, john pena, even pops popwell and abe laboriel if I remember correctly...which I doubt as the chronic was happening back then.

Sherwood, welcome. BP you can call us whatever you like, but there will be some sort of pay back required, oh yah that's called the Open House, nevermind.

Again, welcome and your brother is correct. I requent here all day long and still can't get enough.

How about posting some pictures of your EBMM's, Bass, Guitar or otherwise. Both sides have picture post threads and we are nuts about intrument porn.

Hahahahaha.

P.S. Can't wait to see Luke at the Open House!!!

BP, Sherwood and Knucklers -

Just hung up with the bass player in EL Groupo -

His name is Oskar Cartaya and Luke refers to him as the "Latin Jaco."

He has a 4 string Bongo on order...

Whoa, Oskar Cartaya rocks.

I lived in Latin America for years, and he is on every important record ever made.

Welcome Sherwood!

We would love to hear tales of how you tormented Sterling throughout your childhood. (That's what older brothers do, right?)

He has reversed roles now and likes to torture his knucklehea...err.. customers with sneak peeks at prototypes, one-offs, and other miscellanea.

You'll find that all the really cool people around here have the initals "SB". ;)

Dargin, I thought you just had the one name, "Dargin" like those other famous people who only need one name (Madonna, Cher, etc.).

This is kind of a shock.

I can't feel my face right now and I'm starving

Some sentences are just so unusually structured that I am forced to read them over and over again.

So...the dentist removed your face? Are they supposed to do that?

For you folks who know Luke personally, would Luke put down a guitar long enough to type on this forum?

I don't know two things about Luke, but if he introduced himself as Grandpa Sh*tpants at a gig, then I think he's my kind of people. ;)
