May 26th, 2004. The specs are as you see on our website. The one thing that does stick out though is that it is a natural gloss with the optional (and more expensive) matching headstock. You don't often see that option on natural instruments.

Hola, could I get DOB's for my 2 newest Rays?

Neptune blue: E93172

Black cherry: E96203

Neptune blue: E93172 August 18th, 2014

Hello, can you tell me any info about EBMM SR5 with serial E40452? Thank you!

April 7th, 2004, Lava Pearl (now discontinued) is the color. The pickup is ceramic. All other information should be consistent with our site today.

Interesting... E73225 brings up an Electric Blue Stingray 5 in our system. That bass was completed on November 24th, 2009.

It appears, based on your picture, that the serial number is E73226 rather than E73225. Based on the serial number E73226 your bass is a natural SR5 with maple neck completed on November 19th, 2005.

That bass was completed on October 20th, 2009. It was part of a small run exclusive to Guitar Center (the color was the exclusive part, Hot Rod Red).

Hi AJ!

After 2 years of playing a SBMM SUB Ray4, I finally mustered up the cash to invest in one of the finest basses I'll ever play. My EBMM StingRay 4 3EQ in honeyburst with a maple fretboard. serial number E87291.

Curious as to its production date, I bought it brand new from Wunjo's on sat but I feel it may have been hung up in the shop for a while, as the neck and the fretboard were a bit grey. However, nothing a wonder wipe couldn't clean up! I am interested in finding out where I can buy/how I can apply gunstock oil and wax to the back of the neck also, if you wouldn't mind helping me out that'd be great!

Thanks for your time, and thanks to all the guys at EBMM. Every time I've played a Stingray I've been stunned, now at 18 I'm privileged enough to own one!
