I don't have to imagine, I've been looking at mine for a couple of hours now This is truly one of those colors that you will never, ever be able to fully appreciate from looking at a picture. I hung mine up on the wall o' basses at my house, from one side of the room it was one color, I walked to the other side and it was another different color freekin unbelievable! And the sound- I've only done a cursory run through with some knob twiddling, but the single H with piezo may end up being "the one". The B string sounded like it was on steroids, this bass has muscles. I'll do some pics later, but they won't show you what I'm looking at, it's impossible.

I ordered a SLO version and I'm guessing they are a little further down the pipeline.... any guesstimates when they might be ready?

Thats awesome, Erin! Post some pics of that very special bass once you get it. I wish I was getting my DDII BFR JP7 soon, but it looks like it won't be coming until mid-October due to a neck problem.
