Hello all, thought it was about time I posted here having recently acquired my third most excellent EBMM (Axis x1, JP6 x 2).

You folks seem to like pics so here we go (with one extra interloper - but a v.pretty one I hope you'll agree)!

All of the above see action in West London pub rock sensations - VULTURE SQUADRON from time to time. Cheers all!:)

2nd hand axis super sport

In great condition despite being 5 years old. Needed a bit of set up work to lower the action, re-dress the frets, clean up the input jacks and selector switch and re-work the intonation. But it's a dream now!

Hello folks

Here are some pics of my MM Steve Morse, my Marshall and my pedal-board (full of stompboxes from Jacques - if you don't know him, you are missing something ...) :

Hope you like my pics (click on the pics in order to have the full resolution)

Have a nice day (or night, it depends on which part of the globe you live ;) )

I may be wrong, but I think its a Marshall 5150!

Hello Tim

It's a Marshall 5213 (from 1986 : 20 years old) 100 Watts

I bought it new and I play with it every day (at home but also gigs). I've never have any problem with it. So I can say it is reliable...
It is a solid state amp with MOSFET transistor. Purists will complain but I have also a Marshall DSL401 and my old 5123 can compete ... The clean sound is very nice and with a good stompbox, you can have an overdriven sound similar to the Dirty channel of the DSL401.
The 2 Celestion G12 have now a very nice sound (when the amp was new, the clean sound was a bit too harsh, but after 10 years the sound has softened).

The last good thing : it is not SO heavy (just 29,7 kg ... I can still carry it).

Best regards

Next is my baby. She's faded a bit over the years though. It brings out the flame more I think.
