Warg, don't misspell my name. BIG pet peeve. :D

Here's the beauty of things about this thread: Warg has a right to read it if he wants to, just as much as we do. Warg also has the right to complain about this and that as much as he wants to. Whether we want to read about it, etc. is our right...we all have a right to do whatever we want. Ain't it great? :)

Warg, I'm a little confused about something that you said earlier, something to the effect of "I'm amazed that some people still exist with that attitude..." Pardon my ignorance, but was that a compliment? :confused:

Yes, it was a compliment, I like that attitude, not many people have it anymore, well... at least where I live.

Well well well.....I have followed this thread and would have commented a few times but did not......there are several reasons for it, but, I will not bore you with my comments. I can say this however, I hope all who are griping, commenting, or being positive voted at least. I did. I personally have been involved in many conflicts that my government has brought it upon itself to get involved in. I have been to Iraq, Iran, Afgan, Somalia, Panama and other places I cannot list here. I feel that you have a right to comment on any subject and your voice should be heard.....as long as you exercised your right and priviledge to vote. I hear many people (off the forum and in the work place) complain about this and that, but did not even vote. That gets me more upset than the anything else. To see 18 - 20 yr olds die defending our or someone else's freedom is sad and bothers me to no end. To hear people complain that did not vote is like slapping those boys/gals in the face. You may not like the prez or his politics...if you voted, I will listen. If you did not...don't bother.....just remember, support our troops and be happy YOU have the option to even complain or comment about anything.

I voted absentee because I'm up here at school. I wish I would of voted up here...there's just something about going in there and actually doing it that can't be matched by filling in little dots with a no. 2 pencil.

Koogs, for the record, Mom, Dad, the girl and I went to our polling place at 5 after 6 that day, and I was in an out in about 30 mins, or my next vote was free. Wait a minute...I want that money back! :p

I fully agree with what you are saying, and that's the same philosophy that I practice. You can talk to me/b*tch about whatever you like on a political spectrum...as long as you voted. If you didn't, then as the mighty VH sang quite awhile back, "I don't wanna hear about it later..." You have no right to argue points with someone on that aspect unless you voiced your opinion and choice.

Mingus, nice comment regarding a certain King of Crisco. :D
