Open House Motel Jam

Oh boys please have fun-I´m so jealous over here in germany.
I wished I could have brought my guitars to their place of birth and show them around and have them played in SLO. Have lots of fun and post pix of everything you do (well not everything:-))
 
Fred, Keith thanx I still need to book my flight that looks like it's going to cost me $485'ish, not to bad 1 stop in Phoniex and then I should be into SLO around 11:50. I'll book that tomorrow.

Why's Tommy not walking??? Pete, can you esplain??? :confused:

Keith was gonna kick Tommy out of the carpool to make room for my brother Nick, who is also goin to the open house (Nick runs "Store #2" aka Beller's Music), provided I gave Keith a more favorable price on a new Luke ;) I told Keith via email I could take the shuttle to the hotel so everyone could be happy :D
 
If I could go to SLo for this exciting trip , I'd definitely bring my E# nose harp for jamming with you all!!

Glenn,

Sounds like you'll be flying Phoenix to SLO with me and Pete! That will be a cool connection.
 
Sounds like lots of guitar folks are arriving at the SLO airport around noon.

Maybe we can get another volunteer or 2 to help with tranny from airport to motels.

Anyone else driving in and available?
 
Damn, you guys are going to have one hell of a blast out there. I wish I was going to be out there jammin' with you guys, but it's just not in the cards. Perhaps, we could set up a Dubaldo Music Open House, for all of us east coast forumites to gather and have a jam. Pete could take us on a guided tour of the store and then we could be off to Denny's for dinner. :D :D :D

Well I do have access to a 14 passenger van, and my Miller beer van, so we could shuttle people between the 2 stores .... But we can start another thread about that after the SLO open house is over with. ;)

If things work out the way I'd like them to, I'll be driving and available that friday around noon. Problem is, I won't know for sure for at least another couple weeks.

I'M PUMPED THOUGH!!!!! My wife gets a trip to FLA next week to see a Franz Ferdinand concert and I get the SLo trip and we don't need anybody to watch the kids. :D

Spoke to Norm last night about the motel jam possibly happening late friday night after wine/dinner

The ideas of using the conference room came up (me). As did taking over the motel bar (norm).

We would need guns and ski masks for the bar thing (me).

Let's DO start this thread after the open house. It seems like there are a lot of us in the northeast, and it would be cool to start an "EB user's group"! We could meet on some regular basis, show each other our new aquisitions, jam, etc. I think it would be really fun!
