After picking myself up off the floor....I noticed every detail. Especially the binding. I lost 2 hours of work showing this to my bud who is an exceptional guitar player and he was floored.

Colors are gonna be my next thing to see.....hell, I would love it in natural all the way. Please, for the love of God, keep everything so far, and keep making it better!

Bassplayr, if you see this, I am sending you an e-mail.......... ;)

I want one now! Now, now, now, now, now!!!!!!!

It has everything I was hoping for. Thru neck and a maple top! Geezus BP, you know how to get us excited! You sir, are awesome. Thank you for getting ready to put a serious dent in my wallet! Even the wife likes it!!!! That makes it even better!!!!!!

Breathe, breathe, brea.....bre....br......*thump*.......

Wow! is all I can say. Thank you so much for sharing this. G.A.S. has begun to form inside :D

By the way, I haven't seen this mentioned before... 22 frets instead of the usual 24? Or is 22 frets some kind of a limit for neck thru guitars?

Please, please, please tell me that there won't be a seven string model! My wife and I just bought a house and I'll be broke for awhile.

If this comes in seven string with a fixed piezo and all that binding and maple and...

I'm going to need to give Pete a ring. Any remote idea about availability? Please say '06.

Man, that is awesome!!!!!!!! Now someone explain the pics of the two axes together. Old JP6 vs. new JP6? The necks seem to be the same length. I thought the baritone was longer?

So a JP6 neckthrough tuned to G. Things that make you say, Ahhhhh.....

Well that's what I thought, but it's not...

The neck-through, angled headstock, stoptail, and the fact that I know JP used Silhouette 6 string Basses on the new DT album for a few tracks... all makes it

My bad :)

Nope... it's got a "G" Scale, or Gibson scale, of 24.75" - the current production Pet has a 25.5" scale...

And it's looks to be a winner...
