Sad News...our thoughts are with you, Michael

....For the record the thing I remember most was that I called him Mike. He looked at me dead serious and said. "Michael please" I never called him mike again.....

Very sad news, especially at this time of year.

I hope all of his friends and family who read these messages take some comfort from all of these positive thoughts from all around the world.
