The factory tour

By the way the tour was excellent...the neatest most organized stock room I have ever seen and those women move fast, holy cow..............
 
Just wanted to add my thanks to the Ball family. The factory tour was great! I've been fortunate enough to visit SLO and Coachella, and each time I've learned a lot.

The single most important theme that keeps coming up: EB thinks of their customer at every step of the process -- the player's needs are always at the forefront. EB's loyalty to their customer is reciprocated by the customer's loyalty to EB. It's a beautiful thing.

I loved that tour and learned a lot of respect for the people performing their duties and jobs inside of it. I would love to have a picture of all of those people to hang on my office wall. All 3 shifts.

Got to meet a lot of the EB team. Would love to know all of them. I could use some more new friends.

I wasn't picking on nite over BP as BP is here to defend himself. Those in the factory aren't and I got mad sorry folks.

It was a great tour and I enjoyed every minute of it.

It's almost bed time here in the land of haggis, and what a long day it's been ! - Convinced Mrs Smelly that USA trip in August 08 is on, now we have 1400 brochures to look through...JOY!
