Help! The problem has been solved.

If I understand correctly, you bought a used instrument and it has a few minor blems and scratches on the finish?
I would consider that quite normal...

But this guitar is a new model from 2024. The seller claims it's brand new, and says this is how this brand is😭

If this is a sold-as-new model (e.g. not used) and you're not happy with it, take it back.

I don't think I've seen a paint blemish like that before. It's possible it left the factory like that, it's also possible that it was damaged at the store/dealer/etc.

Personally that wouldn't bother me- I doubt I'd even notice it. But it's your purchase, so the only thing that matters is how you feel about it.

Thank you for your advice. I have researched it myself and believe that this guitar should have been like this from the factory. It's almost impossible for such a condition to be caused by human factors later on. Thank you again for your reply.

It looks like a factory blemish. Not much you can do about it. It is possible it was sold as b stock to the original buyer. It is the kind of thing i would personally live with on a guitar i bought used.
