Ya know this question opens up a huge can of worms so to speak, there are and have been so many great drummers. Some others I could mention that are my personal faves are
Alex Acuna (weather report, Patrick O'Hearn)
Jack DeJohnette
Buddy Miles
Jeff Porcaro
Richie Hayward
and of course Ginger Baker!!!

Well, I know Scott Travis personally....he is a local boy....fabulous drummer.....

Next...Keith Moon followed by:

Neil Peart
Dave Lombardo
John Ferraro (Dude was great at the Open House...)

this is silly for me...i could go on & on about drummers.

i love good drummers !!!!!!!

drums & guitars (includes basses) are like peanut butter & jelly for me.

nothin as fun as a good rockin 3 piece !!!!!!

1. Taylor Hawkins (stevie salas and foo fighters).
2. Saw some guy playing with Page and Plant on the unplugged thing, then I saw him with Scott Gohram and John Sykes in the Lizzy band.....cant remember his name, but he was fantastic>

The guys name is Michael Lea - started out in Little Angels, then the Cult, Page & Plant etc.
