Matching headstocks: Yea or Nay?

How come there is no pole for this??!?!?!? I want to see statistics damn it, not people rambling about colors and such ! J/K!!! (I love reading peoples opinions and just observe in general ).

I think (and this is just in my humble-yet-fashion-conscious opinion) that non-matching looks the best when the fretboard is maple. This way, the clean "line" as mentioned in previous post is not interrupted.

I prefer a non painted headstock on a guitar with a maple fretboard and a painted headstock on a guitar with a rosewood/ebony fingerboard.

Depends on the fretboard. I prefer rosewood to be matching and maple to be natural.
