bobbyl said:I dont understand why the dealer finds it nesssecary to post a pick of a picture in defense of its self, regardless of the situation i think it is tacky especially for a so called professional Guitar store to even expect people to make a judgement on a Guitar neck by looking at a picture, Maybe we should all take pictures of our guitars and send them to the dealer and ask them for a quote on a trade in and see what they say about having to see the guitar in person. (just thought) I highly think the would quote you based on a phote AND BE REAL HOW MANY OF YOU WOULD PURCHASE A GUITAR FOR THAT KIND OF MONEY IF IT WASNT WHAT YOU ORDERED OR IF IT WAS BASED ON A PHOTO. I find it hard to believe that this site would even allow a picture to be posted and have millions of wanna be guitar specialists team up on one individual that wasnt happy witha purchase based on a photo. I would also liek to say this opinion of mine in no way relfects on the quality of the product but more so is focused on the stores and whoever feels the need to be blamed for the way this has been handled
Sincerely,
A potentional Customer
Hi Bobby,
The store didn't post the picture, we at Ernie Ball/Music Man did. This was to get the opinion of other customers about the actual neck that this customer in particular had rejected after only looking at the instrument in the case. We asked for the picture from the guitar store and they politely obliged. I believe everyone in this situation has conducted themselves in a professional manner, save one.
