Ah, Beth. I am on martini numero dos and just as "I love you, man" as I always am. I am definitely a friendly, mellow drunk. I become like...furniture. Furniture that really, really likes you.
You ain't the first and you won't be the last. You are probably the best looking, however. (That may be faint praise, but I mean it in the best way.)
I have seen these chocolate martinis. I won't join you, but I will raise my K-1 in your honor.

Jack, Im not really fond of sweet drinks either but this one stole my heart:
ice
one (1) bottle of chocolate liqueur
one (1) bottle of Kahlua
one (1) bottle of Ketel One
blah blah blah, two handfuls of ice, blah blah blah
4 seconds of chocolate liqueur
1 second (or one "Bovine") of Kahlua
1 second (or one "poopyhead" of vodka)
shake well. pour into squatty martini glass that is unbreakable a la Luke. ENJOY!

No, you don't have to do that. I plan to stay as upright as possible in order to understand what is happening to me. I hate to disappoint Scotty, but I ain't drinking to excess until late Saturday night.

No doubt, missed all this fun myself.
Ah well, my martini recipe:
1) Take frozen 14 oz. glass from freezer.
2) Take a Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA from the refrigerator.
3) Open DFH 60 min IPA.
4) Pour DFH 60 min IPA into frozen glass.
5) Drink.
6) Repeat as desired.
OK, so I don't drink martinis. Sometimes in the winter I drink wine though. Does that count for anything?

Here is the recipe for Darg's Delight: (BP found out about this drink from me and now claims it as his own)
1) Grab glass
2) Toss some big cubes in
3) K-1 at least half way
4) Toss in some soda water
5) Lemon slice
